Southeast Asia Regional Initiatives for Community Empowerment

Philip Buck of DKA Austria, the largest children’s movement in Austria, was in the Philippines on October 26, 2023 to meet with SEARICE executive director Normita Ignacio and to visit SEARICE communities, a SEARICE partner local government unit, and  youth group in Mindanao.
