Kusina ni Tantsa is a recipe book that celebrates the rich culture, plant biodiversity, and lived experiences of farmers in Negros Occidental, Philippines. It features traditional dishes made from undervalued and climate-resilient crops that sustain local food systems and strengthen community nutrition.
