The Southeast Asia Regional Initiatives for Community Empowerment (SEARICE) is in need of interns and volunteers willing to help shape discourses on agricultural biodiversity, food security, sustainability, Farmers’ Rights, and other associated issues therein.

About SEARICE

 

SEARICE is a regional non-government organization based in the Philippines. It promotes and implements community-based plant genetic resources conservation, development, and sustainable use (PGRCDU); and advocates for the advancement of Farmers’ Rights, and policies that recognize, support, strengthen, and institutionalize community initiatives on PGRCDU. SEARICE works in partnership with farming communities, local and national government units, civil society organizations, and academic and research institutions in Bhutan, Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, Timor Leste, and Vietnam.
